Our Terms & Conditions

  1. Check-In / Check-Out Time: Weekly, check-in is Sunday 3:00pm; check-out is Sunday 11:00am. Call us at 219.838. 3402 to confirm your arrival time so someone can meet you at the house with the keys.

  2. Security Deposit: $150.00 due at time of reservation and will be refunded upon inspection of house after your departure.

  3. Cleaning: We offer two options: (1) You return the house to the condition at check-in (i.e., you clean the bathrooms, do laundry (sheets & towels), mop floors, vacuum, clean kitchen, etc.) and we fully refund ($150) your security deposit, or (2) We clean the house and keep $65.00 from your security deposit as a cleaning fee. You may make your choice at time of check-in.

  4. Cancellations: Once you book the reservation, the payment is nonrefundable. If you have to cancel, we will make every effort to rebook you at another available time; however, there are no refunds.

  5. Damage: If you damage something, you pay for it.

  6. Problems: If you have any problems at the house during your stay, please call 219-712-2097 and we will have someone come out and take care of it.

  7. Acceptance of this agreement: Receipt of your check is considered your acceptance of this agreement.
